Profiteroles, Cream Puff or  choux à la crème is a choux pastry ball filled with whipped cream, pastry cream or even your choice of ice cream. The puffs are usually decorated with icing sugar, chocolate sauce or caramel.

These little beauties when highly-piled using the caramel makes the most deluctable Croquembouche.
